Things To Do With Dried Chamomile Chamomile is a powerful healer, yet gentle enough for children, it has been used throughout history for its numerous beneficial properties. One of the nine sacred herbs of the Anglo- Saxons, its primary uses in modern herbalism are for indigestion, anxiety, headaches and soothing irritated skin but it’s also been used for coughs, colds, pain relief, asthma, teething and gallstones to name but a few. As a carminative and aromatic it helps dispel bloating and gas which is why it is traditionally drunk after a meal. I get through lots of dried chamomile and there’s a variety of different things you can do with it. Teas – Chamomile is probably the most famous herbal tea around, used primarily for easing the digestion and nervous system, it even sorted out Peter Rabbit after he ate too many lettuces! You could harness its relaxing properties by making a blend with equal parts chamomile, rose and oatstraw with a half part lavender for a calming bedtime brew.

a little goes a long way. Not just for tea make camomile oil which is great for calming itching skin
The flowers make very strong tea, so use small amount a little goes a long way. I make camomile oil which is great for calming itching skin when some peppermint essential oil is added - it’s great for irritated scalp and leaves hair beautifully soft.

Don’t waste your money you’ll get more chamomile from your garden grass
Tasteless doesn’t even begin to describe whatever it is the seller is dishing out. Not only that it comes in a ridiculous plastic bag that you have to cut a hole in and in no way (if they where any good) would you be able to keep it sealed and fresh. Very cheaply made there is no aroma and no taste was literally just like drinking plain hot water. Complete waste of money

Bag of dust
My 2 bags of camomile flowers just arrived - really disappointed to find one bag is half dust and the other is actually a full bag of dust, with no flowers in sight. I will be ordering the Chiswick organic version again, which also comes in a re- sealable bag. Thought I'd give this a try to save a few pounds, but 'buy cheap buy twice' also applies to tea! Can't recommend this at all.

Good value
Good, dried product. Using in Soap Recipes and other than buds looking a little disheveled due to transportation - do the job well🧼

Good buy!
I got a little feather in mine yesterday whiles pouring it out from the package. I guess these thing can happen since the tea has to be put to dry. Growing up in a coffee household understand. I really like the tea and will be re-ordering when they're done. The tea tastes great also. I made mine with a bit of cinnamon and honey.

Not chamomile flowers. Just dust.
The product says “chamomile flowers” this product is barely 30% chamomile flowers - its chamomile dust. It will clog up any teaiere or tea strainer. The flavour is not the same as actual chamomile flowers which is a different product. Will be waiting to see from buyer if this has been damaged (excessively!) in the post, or the product that they normally sell.

bag of dust and only dust
Not a single flower in sight has been crushed by the looks of it by the Amazon delivery person and didn’t have a single flower inside purely a bag of dustDon’t bother buying

Better than chamomile tea already packaged in tea bags. Fresher and more effective..
Lovely fresh dried chamomile flowers. Have been sleeping better using these in a ball tea strainer than I was when I was buying ground chamomile flowers packaged in tea bags. Excellent value for money and will buy again.
