Best gluten-free pasta product on the market
I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease when I lived in Italy and used to buy these regularly as they’re hands down the best gluten-free pasta product on the market. I was stoked to see these on Amazon back in the States and happily ordered a set of six. The price is pretty fair considering you get six packs—only a few dollars more than what I paid for them in Italy—and it’s worth it to be able to have such a great, safe meal. Even people who don’t follow gluten-free diets love these. There’s really no difference between them and the kind with wheat flour and you can top them with all kinds of sauces or sauté them with butter, sage and Parmesan cheese. If you’re tired of disappointing gluten-free pasta, this won’t let you down!

Safe choice for allergies!
All the allergies exist in my house and this was an excellent, safe purchase for not just a gluten allergy! Love that they are also vegan. They cooked up well, and my daughter a ton! Definitely recommend! Love that the packages are vacuum sealed.I wouldn’t say this is the best flavored I’ve ever had, but with a little sautéing and homemade pasta sauce, it’s great!

gnocchi gluten free
Gluten free living is a challenge, and it is always good to find a gluten-free substitute for an old gluten-full favorite. This one is very good and easy to prepare. Heat up the sauce while the gnocchi simmers. That's it. If you have never tried gnocchi this is a good time. They are chewy, potatoey dumplings that cook while you are getting the rest of supper ready.

Every bit as good as the real thing
My Italian husband was diagnosed with celiac disease over a year ago and we tried every imaginable gluten-free pasta but they did nothing but break his heart. In fact, he told me to give up, that he'd just have pasta sauce over rice from now on because the gluten-free pastas are just shadows of the real thing. And then I thought...gnocchi might be better because it's mostly potato anyway and I read the reviews for this. And we tried it and he was ecstatic! It's really, really good. Yes, it's kind of expensive compared to regular pasta, and the portions are a little small. One twenty-dollar package really only has about six servings in it. But it's so worth it to see a sad Italian pasta-lover light up.
