My hubby uses this whilst we are off grid. Plugs into any vehicle with a cigarette lighter. Our caravan battery will last eight days when run for an average of eight hours every night

Great product and good quality.
Arrived on time. Really good quality. Much cheaper than the Philips that my machine recommends. Thumbs up from me.

I got this for my DreamStation 2 cpap machine and it works. Not tried it overnight yet but I have plugged it in my van and it worked straight away. The only downside is the cable doesn't sit flat like the AC mains cable. But I am just going to sit the cpap machine on the edge of something or even place it on top of 2 bits of wood. Really pleased it works

Tested with my CPAP and appears to give a good night’s sleep on my settings .. Pity no carry case available.
