I bought these to hang heavy velvet blackout curtains across my 125 inch window, as well as sheer curtains behind the velvets. These brackets are AMAZING and super sturdy. Haven’t bent yet and doesn’t seem they will.

These double curtain hangers don't work if you have curtains with rings and want to hang sheers behind them. It's just too tight for either curtain to move easily. I spent a lot of time putting them up, just to find out they wouldn't work. They may work fine for other types of curtains, but that's not why I bought them. Too late to send them back - and they were expensive.
