In a word, wow!! If you're searching, stop. Buy this one.I wanted a high quality digital photo frame that didn't absolutely break the bank, so I went out on a limb and purchased this one. To say I am satisfied with my purchase would be a massive understatement. In fact, I was impressed before I even laid eyes on the product itself. This being in reference to the box the frame was shipped in. (I will come back to this and try to post pictures.) The box was elegant, and of great quality. It could very well be reused/recycled for something else down the line if you're a hoarder like me lol.Anyway, onto the device itself-- an incredible buy. It has the ability to display from a USB drive or SD card, and navigating through the settings is made easy with the remote that comes with it. The remote is very responsive, so there is NO lag for the device to execute the command once the button is pressed (I know this can be a dealbreaker for some of you out there).The picture display is absolutely incredible. I have an iPad that I use quite often, and the "crispness" of the photos displayed by the frame rivals, if not surpasses, my Apple device (which cost waaayyyyy more than the $80.00 I paid for the frame, by the way lol). It can also play movies! That was a pleasant surprise for me. In addition to being able run basic slideshows, it can run 1080p video files without detracting from the file quality.I was also greatly surprised to find out that the high quality digital display is married to a surprisingly superb speaker system. In other words, this thing can get LOUD. That was a huge bonus for me, and a large part of the reason I have been completely sold on this product. When I first plugged in my thumb drive, the frame found and started playing a movie I had saved. My jaw dropped when I heard the sound. The auditory output was clear and had a large degree of depth as well. Thus, the frame's internal alarm clock will DEFINITELY be able to wake you up in the morning.Another quirky thing I've started using the frame for is watching movies in bed. I have it set up on my night stand, and, on days I don't feel like cranking my head up to watch my actual TV, I can literally just roll onto my side and watch the movie in as comfy a position as possible. You can laugh all you want, but I like to think of myself as an innovator, and the frame's quality allow my ideas to materialize.All jokes aside, this is an incredible buy if you have a little extra money for extra quality but don't want to burn a whole in your pocket. The quality of both the picture and sound are amazing, and it comes with a lot of different features such as an alarm clock and calendar that are the just the icing on the cake.

We bought this as a gift for someone. Overall, this is a great looking device. Photos come out great. 10 inches is a nice size for pictures. But I have a few complaints:1) The stand to keep it upright is literally a small plastic peg that you screw in. I don't feel like it's entirely stable, but not a deal breaker.2) Their is a feature that allows you to see a monthly calendar on the left and the photos transitioning on the right. There are no options to change color/style settings. It's only option is a blue background of the calendar as the photos transition. I wish there was a way to change the color.3) The sd slot wasn't accepting my sd card! I know the card works because it was read by my computer when I transferred the photos. Then I opened the card on a different computer, and it works. But the digital frame would not read the card. Ended up having to transfer pictures to a pin drive and use that. I didn't want to because the pin drive would stick out past the frame, and I didn't want that.4) I would have liked to have seen a longer cord. This cord isn't very long. This limits where the frame can be placed. I didn't measure it, but maybe it was 3 feet.Despite these four complaints, I still really like the product. It was easy to navigate the home screen and there are options for photo transitions. I did not try playing videos on it, so I cannot comment on video/audio quality. The given remote was pretty easy to use.

Very easy to use, pop in a USB or drive and it works easily.

Purchased for my elderly parent, tamper proof seals on box intact, screen with smudges and without screen protector film. Remote useless-not responding (battery good) un-readable manual shows different remote. Trashed, upset of these tactics that some sellers use of selling a NEW item but replaced with a used one.If this was an honest sale, I would have contacted the seller to resolve issue, but not in this case. Picture frames are less popular as in the past, but repackaging used, returned, non-working or damaged unitsis detrimental for the seller and Amz. should look into this. Description states "auto rotate" please do not believe it.

I just received my NEW digital photo frame. The tape on the box was already broken. I have not checked it out to see if it still works. I update later.

Be careful if you buy from this company - if there's a problem it looks like they're not interested to help you....:(3 months later - and still no refund. APPALLING experience

The product would freeze to black screen for 2 or 3 seconds and was not the quality I expected.
