PLEASED and HAPPY with this...
LOVE this floor mat. We just put in new wood flooring and I wanted something to protect it from our office chairs rollers. Note: this is NOT for carpet - will NOT work on carpeting (stated in description). It's very flexible (which should keep it from cracking as stated in the description) but stays in place. I just ordered a 2nd one as I wanted to see and check it out first before ordering two. Also, the size is perfect for two to fit next to each other in a somewhat small office space. I had looked at several of these, but more difficult to find one for hardwood flooring. And last but not least, LOVE that the hardwood floor still shows through the clear vinyl.

It works.
After unrolling it the mat never flattened out all of the way. Not as good as the ones you can get at office max that are more of a harder material and flat when you buy them.

Do not buy.
mat is far too soft !! Chair pushes mat into pile of the carpet under the mat and it will not roll, cost me $40 to return by mail.Better to buy one locally that you can see.

Will not lay flat
Vinyl is very stiff. It will not lay down flat. I tried placing heavy objects on the ends but it remains curled.
