It’s worth the money!
My mom at first protested, saying it looked too complicated. I set it up for her, now she loves it. It’s great. It encourages on time medication administration and reduces medication errors. Love it!

Clock didn’t keep time so pills released all hours of the day
I really wanted this to work. I really NEEDED this to work. We are trying to find a solution for my mother’s daily pills. So, optimistically I filled it up and set the alarms. The first pill was to be distributed at 7am so I was oh so surprised when the alarm sounded at 1:00 am! I thought it was user error so tried several attempts over a couple of days to set the time and alarms. Each day, the clock would get off by hours and then try to dispense the pills at the wrong time. Construction was cheap and the key hardly fit into the slot so was clumsy at best to lock and unlock. This would be a great idea if it wasn’t built so cheap. Returned for a refund. Bummer. Do not recommend.

Poor closure design
This product functions as expected, except for the closure/lock feature. The latch that keeps the lid closed is plastic. After two months of use (filling four times) the latch broke so the lid would not stay closed. There is no way to fix this latch, so we have to tape the lid down making it hard to refill and not securely closed. When the lid is loose it allows pills to move into other slots when the dispenser is tipped. This can be very dangerous. This lid latch is a very poor design.

Convenient for the most part.
The locking mechanism could certainly be improved. Toss the Chinese batteries upon opening because they'll die very soon. Some pills get stuck in the compartments. The reminders are good but one must be within hearing range.
