I’m usually pretty good at this sort of thing. It was difficult and wasn’t sure I would be able to attack the connectors and get the adhesive strips on correctly.I looked at several videos, none of which were exactly representing my 8 plus. Must be different versions.The most difficult was the adhesive strips. I think I would use a thin bead of silicone sealant next time! Removing existing and installing supplies adhesive, I found impossible to do as videos show.Delivered with a tool kit but zero instructions.I can not recommended this as dyi. I could have easily ruined my phone. Lucky to get it back together.

Time will tell

At 8 months the battery charge drops dramatically. This morning went from 47% to 6% in less than 10 minutes as noted in pics yet still shows 100% battery life.

Replaced stock battery for my 8+. Works great… back to having a healthy battery.

I was happy upon changing my old battery to this brand new one. It did last long, however after 6 months, the battery started to swell and I had to change it. I dunno if it's a battery flaw or mine.

I don't have tool to measuare 4600 mAh but after installed it was about 46% power and I ran the Iphone XS Mas until it dropped to 1%. I recharged it back to 100% and used it the whole day it drained back to 1%, then recharge. The good thing is the battery health is 100% after installed... Let's see how long it last, I will update if anything goes wrong with it.

I installed the battery upon arrival.It is advertised as a 4600mAh, but it is not; the actual capacity appears to be 3640mAh, which leads me to believe they simply "rebranded" the old battery they used to sell, which, based on reviews, seems to have had 3600mAh.The other thing that doesn't thrill me is that the manufacture date appears to be december 2020, making this battery already a year and a half old.The only reason why I decided to give 3 stars anyway is due to the fact that it had a zero cycle count, as promised (only right thing about an otherwise deceiving listing).I need the phone up and running and I won't send it back, so I won't be able to review their customer service just yet. I'll update the review as time goes by, in the event of premature degraded performances.

Very easy to install especially since I was replacing a replacement battery.

I can't comment on the battery life as I haven't had it long enough yet to formulate an opinion, but installation was a breeze. This was my first replacement battery installation. Thanks to Youtube for instructions.

Drain down completely and charge to full a few times when new like others said and it last me two days before needing another charge. The battery stayed cool during use and charged.
