Homelite - Spool

Every 20-30 seconds, the strings become loose and grow in length. You need to turn off your machine, remove the cap, ROLL back, put the cap back on and restart the process. If you don't stop you will just keep cutting off the strings. I hope you know what I'm talking about. If not, I'll be more than happy to post a picture. Now, I have to waste more time and go to a local ups location to return the product.

Will buy again. Good stuff.

You need to buy one of these if you buy the weedwhacker. Sometimes the grasses are too tall and it bites the string off. I very much enjoyed the Homelite weed whacker after I got this.

The string was wound in a manner in which it wouldn't unwind. It would work for abt a minute, then I had to take the spool off and try to unbind the string.

This product is wonderful. No coming undone which costs time and fustration,fits perfect in my homelite weedeater.

No instructions included, fortunately easy to figure out.

This is an unusual size for a stringer spool, so it is really tough to locate in a store. I was delighted to find it on Amazon, and it fits the bill perfectly!

I'll never sit there and rewind a spool ever again. Well worth the money.
