Realistic expectations are exceeded
I bought this as part of a major downsizing in retirement - alongside realistic needs that told me I no longer required a super-computer to edit video footage and thousands of photographs, or managing high-profile websites and their content. All I needed was a small computer that quietly got on with the job of handling a few emails, streaming a few movies and letting us browse the web from time to time.So the BT3Pro II? Perfect. I've had numerous PC's over the years, and was a programmer at one point, so I knew exactly what I was buying here. The result, when I'd set it all up, upgraded to W10pro, downloaded all the updates and transferred the programs and data from my large i7 monster that I actually used, was - 5-star brilliant. It sits there quietly getting on with the job, is quick enough and only one small thing I have to point out on the negative side is that the internal WiFi is not as good as it claims to be. On tests I was getting 13mbs on download, plugging in an external WiFi antenna boosted that up to 21mbs and plugging in the wired link up again to my max 23mbs. That is not enough to downgrade my 5 star rating though - reality here, you have to take account of the many differing scenarios facing any WiFi link.So a recommendation - if your needs are not gaming, heavy processing etc., this will do very, very nicely.

Good machine, but be careful - Comes complete with nasty Malware.
This little machine was and is ideal as a simple home/office general OA setup for word processing and the like. However, beware! Ours came with a "third-party" directory filled with some rather nasty spyware and other utilities riddled with virus and trojan infections. None of these were installed - they were waiting for some unsuspecting soul to click on them.Further, there were several "search bars" already installed. They don't count as viruses or trojans, but I would certainly call them malware as they were sending keystrokes and search details to various IP addresses; sometimes entire pages.I simply extracted the windows key (just in case), wiped the drives, and installed onto a new larger SSD.I now have a clean machine which does not appear to be "phoning home" to China. If you are not technical, avoid this machine.

Not a games machine but .....
Like it.Came with Windows 10 Home 1703. I did spend a day upgrading it. It went to 1803 then 1809. Between each update I went onto the Properties of the C: drive and did a cleanup including system files. It got down to 10GB of free space while updating. It now has 40GB running 1809. If you use Portable Apps on a USB dongle then you can run loads of large programs without eating the C: drive free space anyway. And the greater the free space and RAM then the better it will run.It runs really cool. It seems to be good value for the money.

Excellent mini PC, highly recommended for general use (but not for high power gaming)
This is a great PC. It is so tiny! It works really well. It comes with Windows 10, it is a standard PC. It is great for surfing the internet, using Word etc. (Of course, you have to subscribe to Microsoft Office 365 to get Word/Excel/Powerpoint). It is quick and easy, it is all many people will ever need. However, it will not run Fortnite (the latest game all the kids want to play). It is obviously not a high power gaming PC, it is a basic PC for general use. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

Silent, fast, cheap and tiny. What's not to like?
I'm a Mac fan but like to have a PC to hand. This is about the same size as 3 CD cases (it you can remember what that looks like). It is fanless (silent), fast enough for most business needs and can stream 4K movies. The 128GB SSD is fine, I added a cheap 128GB SD card as spare storage and it connects to my NAS drive. The 8GB of ram is also pretty good. I attached a keyboard, mouse and monitor and was up and running in a few minutes. Windows updated itself and it was good to go. All of this for less than with price of an Apple mouse and TouchPad!

Fast impressive small box
My big laptop took up a lot of room on my desk and would not run 2 big external monitors. At 5 years old it is still going strong but one of my children can make good use of it so I indulged myself in buying the BeeLink U55 to replace it. This little box now sits out of the way on a shelf above my desk. I have run 2 HDMI cables from it to external monitors sitting at the back of my desk. So now I have a very uncluttered desk with what turns out to be a surprisingly fast computer that sits silently and barely shows any sign of warming up.It is fast enough to run heavyweight software such as Microsoft Visual Studio on one screen while watching Netflix or YouTube on the other. With 8 GB RAM, there is no problem having dozens of browser tabs open, other apps left open, etc. And the 256 GB SSD gives me plenty of space for my needs.I had no problem going through the Windows 10 setup procedure. My printer and scanner being a few years old now, were recognised by Windows, which installed drivers for them, saving me the hassle of loading the bloatware that comes with printers and scanners etc.The only downside of switching from a laptop to a desktop PC is that laptops do not stop when mains power goes off. Unfortunately there are no desktop PCs that have built-in batteries, and if they did, it would not help, as the external monitors would need powering too. Not much concern really, though, as power cuts don't happen often.I am a happy customer and can recommend this mini PC.

Tiny PC for portable tasks.
Good to use as a remote PC, when Windows is needed while on the move. Speed is fairly good, but main selling point is the dimensions which could fit into an 80's style bum-bag. Also came with the option of connecting a hinge which means can install behind a monitor or on a wall.Good for the price and useful for simple tasks and doesn't require a computer desk. Would suit people who value space at a premium.
