Leading on Pastoral Care Paperback – January 24, 2019

Today's role models are far more likely to be teachers than pastors. SENCOs and other school leaders set the tone in the school and classroom. This book helped me acknowledge and tackle some of the burdens of responsibility (and paperwork!), and will enable you to feel less alone and ashamed when swamped with the many things that can distract us from our mission. I really appreciated the practical guidance on focusing and channeling your passion and energies. I'm hoping to catch Daniel on one of his speaking tours but for now I get to enjoy his wisdom through the pages of this book. Highly recommended.
