Great stepping stone mold
These turn out great. If u fill to brim it’s a little difficult to get out but have been able to work them out. Someone suggested putting wire where legs attach so I cut some chicken wire and all legs have stayed intact. I love painting them

Love this mold!
I love this mold! It is very sturdy and well made. I have made three turtles so far and they have all come out great! I wipe it down with vegetable oil and they slide right out. It takes me about 16 heaping cups of mortar mix to fill them. I also use chicken wire to give them more strength and have had no problems with the feet or head breaking. I lay the chicken wire over the mold and cut it to shape so that there is wire throughout the entire turtle rather than just the head and feet. I wait roughly 24 hours before taking them out of the mold. I make sure to clean it right after I take the turtle out. My only minor complaint (and this has nothing to do with the mold) is that no matter how much shaking and dropping I do, I cannot get all of the air bubbles out. I’m sure I’ll be the only one that notices!

Exactly what I was looking for.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I made these you see in the pictures and video with RapidSet mortar mix, flow control, and a little motor oil to grease the molds. Turned out great. RapidSet is VERY temperature sensitive. I recommend 60 degree weather and use the maximum flow control recommended by the manufacturer.

Love it! A lot better quality than I expected
Love it! A lot better quality than I expected. The plastic is pretty thick compared to the cheaper molds sold at craft stores like Michael's.We used some "glow stones" on ours for a mother's day project.

Great stepping stone mold
Quality of mold is very good. I was able to make four stepping stones with one 60 pound bag of Quickete mortar mix. The finished product weights a little under 14 pounds each. The details were sharp on the finished product, exactly as pictured.

Love this mold!
This mold is really nice. The details come out very clear and you have no problem seeing all the different lines and shapes. Looks very pretty when painted! The mold itself is very sturdy and with care should last a long time.

Mold easy to pop out
I used this for my backyard stepping stones from pool to equipment area. Love it. The mold was easy to use. I used Pam on the first one so it would be easy to get out. However it wasn’t necessary because I forgot the Pam on the second turtle and it came out just as easy.

Tolles Produkt, absolut empfehlenswert
