Q: the product provides a size but i'm wondering if it only fits very small heads?

The product is made according to the standard size ,inside has the rubber bands, this hairband with flexible.

Q: What is caroset??? What exactly is the material? Where are these made?

I have no idea what caroset is. The material is very soft and fuzzy- not a terry cloth, but kind of more like what a nice Sherpa jacket is made of. It’s stretchy and not too tight on my head. It also holds up great in the washer and dryer.

Q: What is this for exactly? :o

This is for hiding your hair around face so that you can wash/ apply skin care products/ put on make up on your face without messing with your hair. (So the picture doesn't make sense to me. People who have used hair band know this is wrong.)
