Notice that Hypervibe has pulled all products from Amazon
I had this for less than 3 years before it quit working. This is a poor quality machine and worse...the company provides no service or support. I went back and forth with them for weeks. We played cat and mouse by email first they agreed to warranty repairs only later to deny warranty repairs. You'll not find any Hypervibe products on Amazon for a reason. Too many bad reviews. You can only buy direct now where you can't leave a review.I wouldn't buy another product from Hypervibe, there are too many superior options, look elsewhere.

I didn't like the Costco machine at around $2
I tried a whole body vibration machine at Costco and when I got home I decided to do a little research. It was traditional Internet information overload from a Google search on whole body vibration machines. The marketing of these machines were similar in that whole body vibration machines offered a host of health benefits from increased strength and higher bone density to accelerated weight loss. The prices of these machines were all over the place from under $200 to several thousand dollars. I researched for several hours a day for a couple weeks and even went back to Costco before the promotional team left to try their machine again. After I knew more about what was available, I didn't like the Costco machine at around $2,500. And while I was tempted to consider the $250 machine with almost fifteen hundred satisfied customers here on Amazon, in the end I know that you get no more than for what you pay. A phone call from Gail of Hypervibe convinced me that their machine was the best on the market. So, after all my research, I chose the Hypervibe for many reasons, but primarily that it was a commercially powerful gravity resistance training machine with a mobile app that functions as a remote controller to select from dozens of programs complimented with exercise videos, all for under a thousand bucks. Unfortunately, the unit that shipped to me had a problem with the rubber mat on the exerciser platform shifting during exercise. I noticed a thin layer of grease on the underside that made it slippery and the small rubber bumper feet would come loose from their mounting holes. I went to the Hypervibe support website and in seconds I was greeted by David who heard my complaint and asked me to send him photos that I emailed to him. Moments later he called me and told me that what he saw in the photos was exceptional and wrong. He told me that he would send me a replacement and asked me to return the one I had. I asked him instead for an advanced replacement so I could continue to use the one I had until a replacement arrived. He agreed and arranged the whole thing. FedEx called me for a delivery/pickup date and everything happened as clockwork. I got my replacement and the mat works flawlessly as David said it would. I admit that I was worried that the replacement would have the same problem, but it didn't. I have used it a dozen times and it has not had a speck of slippage. Now that this problem is gone, I must say that this machine is flawless. It works perfectly every time. The app is amazing and the built in programs work beautifully. I have tried 7 or 8 of the built in exercise programs and look forward to trying most all of them. They have different levels of complexity. All the ones I have done as beginner or intermediate are challenging and I always get a good workout. If you follow the programs, you will work up a sweat. A side benefit of android apps is that most devices will perform screen mirroring to a big screen TV as long as you have a Roku device or equivalent, like Chromecast. I have Roku. I tap screen mirroring and my phone screen is on my 55" LCD TV. The app doesn't rotate to horizontal, so the TV has wide borders on both sides. Using Zoom on the TV makes it bigger. I also have a Samsung 7" tablet and its screen size is mirrored significantly larger on the TV; so, I've been using it lately. I am a delighted Hypervibe customer. I had a problem and they promptly and professionally fixed it leaving me feeling really good about my decision to buy Hypervibe. And I just love the machine. I have been using it for weeks and am feeling stronger and my clothes are fitting a little better. I can't wait until I have to go buy new ones when these are too big. That day is coming as I use my Hypervibe 6 days a week. Where I used to dread climbing on my elliptical machine and painfully ride it for a half hour at a time, I look forward to my Hypervibe and don't mind spending more than the 30 minutes or so to run one of their programs. In fact, 3 or more times a week I'll spend an hour or more on it. It's that enjoyable as a workout machine. And within each exercise are several relaxing routines. So far, I am thrilled with my Hypervibe G-10 mini!

I purchased the G10 in the hope that it would ...
I purchased the G10 in the hope that it would help with bilateral trochanteric bursitis, from which I have suffered for the last 14 years. During those years I have tried physical therapy, cortisone shots, DMSO, ultrasound, cupping, acupressure, acupuncture, and trigger point massage, to name a few. All have provided some level of relief, but not for long. I'm 69 years old and do not want to spend the rest of my life in and out of pain. I came across a salesperson at Costco who was demonstrating a whole body vibration platform, stepped on it for a few minutes, and thought the encounter was interesting. During the days that followed I got to wondering if WBV would help me. Did some on-line research and decided to try the G10. Why not, given Amazon's return policy. Have experimented with it since it arrived, but really had no idea what frequencies or positions would help my problem. So I signed up for a 30 minute phone conversation with Deb, one of Hypervibe's consultants. We were actually on the phone for much longer than 30 minutes. She was so generous with her time. And she provided so much help, and worked me through a session on the machine that targeted my hips. When I stepped off I was pain free! There's a little tinge of discomfort, but no pain! I will repeat that session on my own to keep the inflammation down and to heal those bursa. And I will update this review as time goes by. Here's to getting all shook up!! Thank you Hypervibe!

This is an amazing machine!
I decided to stand on the hyper vibe in the morning just to add a little exercise as I listened to a short program. I didn't have high expections because, in the past, I have been disappointed with marketing promises. But then, after about two months, I happened to notice my legs as I was changing. I was shocked! This machine absolutely works! My legs look so much more toned, my arms look better, my stomach looks flatter. I tried doing some push-ups just to see if I had gained muscle and again I was stunned to find out that my muscles had indeed gotten stronger. I am actually stunned. You see, I was just standing/doing a few lunges, etc for about a half hour in the mornings on the machine And yet, the results have been just as promised. My body looks like I have been doing much harder exercises for months. Amazing!!!!!!
