I suffer from horrible neck and occipital head pain. I usually wake myself up snoring as well. Broke down and ordered this pillow.Let me tell ya for 30$ it’s def worth the try. It is a lower pillow than a traditional pillow which had me concerned. I was not disappointed. I even took a nap on it the first day. It’s surprisingly softer than expected but also very stiff. It’s hard to explain. Very supportive without being rock hard. The first night and morning were accompanied with much relief. It does come in such a small bag but no worries it fills out in no time. It goes have a slight smell so def inbox and air out before bed. I included a box opening picture and then after one nights sleep next to a traditional pillow, not a king size pillow. Try it out.

Well, I think my biggest issue is the pillow is not thick enough. I’m looking for my head Not to sink in so it doesn’t need to be soft, the support is there, but I just still feels like my head is not level with my spine/body. It’s just too thin.........

It's firm but not too firm. I feel that it provides the right support I need on my head and my neck. I am a back and side sleeper and this pillow is great! There's no odor or anything. I was able to use it right away. I will be buying more for my husband and kids.

I had been having trouble sleeping at night, so I decided to try this pillow! Compared to the pillow I used, I really love this pillow. It provides great support and holds it's shape. This pillow is firm and comfortable ,so it can hold my upper body at a angle.

This pillow is really hard. Initially, I guess because my other pillows had been so bad, it seemed okay. However, after a couple months of using this to sleep on my side, my ear lobes hurt and are flattening out!It also seems to be making my neck pain worse. I've lost my cervical curve and see a chiropractic twice a week at the moment, so if this pillow was worth anything, I'd be happily snoozing instead of writing this review at 1:30 in the morning.Don't buy this.

After using it for more than a week, I feel very comfortable. The symptoms of cervical pain are all relieved. The neck is comfortable, the sleep is very comfortable, and a happy shopping, thank you!

This pillow is perfect if you are a back sleeper or use a CPAP or BIPAP machine. It is not a soft pillow which is perfect for my needs. I've had it for several weeks and amazingly I am sleeping trough the night and haven't woken up with neck pain, which was a chronic problem.

This pillow has really revolutionized the way that my neck feels when I wake up in the morning. If you have neck pain please dont hesitate, it helps immensely.
