21st Century B32A4P EZ Flex Adjustable Universal Venturi Tubes, 2-Pack

I replaced the burner on my Thermos grill as it was perforated by corrosion. The venturi tubes on the original burner were press fitted and so could not be removed to be used on the new burner. I purchased these universal venturis with included gaskets and screws. Affixing the tubes to the new burner was straightforward and easy. This required drilling holes in the new burner and screwing in the new venturi tubes and gaskets. It was simple to adjust the venturis to the proper length -- just stretched them by hand. With the addition of a new 'flavor bar' (drip deflector) the grill is back in operation.

Bought these to replace my other Venturi tubes after a massive flare up!! LOL, what can I say they fit, they worked, I'm grilling again!! I have a very old Vermont castings cast iron green painted grill from I don't know how old! impossible to get parts for., Got to rig what I got a rig..!!

These worked great! Don't pay any attention to the previous review on this item. They were easy to install, and are certainly strong enough for normal usage on any home gas grill. (I think most people only periodically move their grills a few feet on their patio or deck anyway.) I put a pair of these tubes on our cabin gas grill about 3 or 4 years ago, and they have held up just fine. Amazon sells these much cheaper than anyone else, and they were a fraction of the price that it would have been to replace the burner. And finding replacement burners to match a burner from an old grill can be difficult. The pipes and mounting holes matched the existing venturi tubes perfectly, and the tubes stretched out to over ten inches long to fit my grill. They come with gaskets as well. For just $7 bucks, these are worth a try for anyone who needs to replace the venturi tubes on their grill.

These are simple lightweight venturi tubes with adjustable lengths and adjustable air intakes. I wouldn't recommend them for a grill that is always on the move, but for a stationary unit they should last a while. The only design flaw is that the two mounting holes should be slotted to accommodate a variety of greater variety of distances between the mounting screws. (Only one is slightly slotted.) I had to re-drill both holes to reduce the distance between them.

We installed a new burner from Menards. After two uses, the cheap pot metal air intake part of the venturi melted and fell off. I bought this set of venturi to replace the ones that came with the burner. I did have to drill a couple holes in the bottom of the burner to make these fit. They are working fine with no problems thus far.

The product worked fine, unfortunately it was almost two weeks later than promised. Considering I paid a ridiculous amount of freight to expedite delivery to have a functional barbeque for a supper I had planned,this was totally unacceptable. Live & learn I guess

Bought these and was surprised that the orifice that goes over the burner valve discharge was too small. I tried to secure them with some wire but they kept popping off. The flames burned through them very quickly and they melted away. Kinda like thicker aluminum foil. Found the bottom of my bbq on fire today. They didn’t last very long. I am now looking for steel venturi tubes. Not recommended.

These flex tube did the job well at a critical time when you needed it the most. The old flex tubes had corroded and became loose and separated from the burners and not supplying propane effectively to the burners. With a lot of anxious kids looking on - I attached these tubes with fine wire to the burners and save the day. All was well. The burners will eventually be replaced.

The product came with all the accessories and the product was better than the tubes provided by the replacement burner I purchased, which tore whe I tried to install the unit.
