Lisepten should be used 3-4 times a day. You can use for as long as needed. It can be used after urination. Be sure not to use the same finger to reapply as this can contaminate the salve. You can use a cotton ball to apply if area is very sore and tender. For external use only.

I have learned nothing is perfect with Lichen Sclerosis! This stuff is the closest I have found without using steroids, which caused me to suffer with several bad side effects. I would highly recommend trying this product. Please don't stop selling this stuff! I love it!

Okay, not a magical cure

So-so for my LS. Not great, not terrible. No adverse effects, but didn't notice anything beneficial either. I just use my estrace and clobetasol to keep my LS at bay. This is ok as a moisturizer I suppose.
