Fun ride, but heavy
This is our first e-bike. Overall a really fun ride, but is much heavier than expected. Everyone in our family from a scrawny 10 year old child to me, a 5'10" medium build male can comfortably handle this bike.Packaging:Bike arrived well packaged and protected within its box. There was no observable damage to any part. The front wheel, front fender, front headlight and pedals come uninstalled. There is a metal rod installed on the front fork that needs to be removed, that stops the fork from bending while transported.Initial setup:The manual is not very helpful, but the bike is fairly straight forward to put together. Easier with 2 people, or one person with something that can hold the bike up. I found the front and rear disc breaks needed some adjusting as they rubbed against the brake pads, but youtube videos helped with sorting that out.Initially, both front and rear brakes squeaked very loudly. Embarrassingly loud. However, watched more youtube instructions and bought a can of disc brake anti-squeak spray. After applying that, brakes are totally silent and work great.Transportation:Will probably not fit on any car bike rack. We transport it in the back of our mini-van. The bike is much heavier than anticipated and is difficult for me to carry alone. It feels like its over 70lbs perhaps even 80lbs with the battery included. Folding it in half is possible but awkward. We found the easiest way to transport it is to remove the seat and battery (to reduce weight). Fold down the front handles (to reduce height). Then 2 person carry into the van without folding it in half and bungee cord it in place so it won't fall over as we drive.Battery life:Seems to have a lot of capacity. The longest ride we've taken is about 17 miles and the battery remained more than half charged.Motor:Powerful enough. The pedal assist modes take some getting used to. Turning the pedals, even on lowest assist lurches you forward. I wish there was an easy way to have a zero assist mode for the times you want to simply align your bike to the road before you start off, but once you turn on the electronics, the default is assist mode 1. However, using the pedal assist in combination with the throttle and brakes gives you more control. There are 5 pedal assist modes and a throttle. The higher the assist, the higher the top speed the bike will bring you to. The throttle top speed is also tied to the pedal assist mode you are in, so the higher the assist mode, the more power the throttle will provide.Fat tires:Never ridden on a fat tire bike until this bike. They offer a lot of stability and cushion. A lot of fun!Comfort and ride:Rides and feels like a normal bike. Front handle can be adjusted high enough that you don't have to lean forward like mountain bikes. The seat can actually be adjusted quite high. I would guess than a 6' tall person could sit on this bike comfortably. The seat it comes with is not too hard (or soft). The front suspension and fat tires make for a gentle ride.Accessories:Comes with a very sturdy bike rack and front and rear fenders / splash guards. We bought a passenger seat for the rear rack so two children can ride the bike at once. Front light is bright but not super bright.Shortcomings:No integrated rear light, but comes with a battery operated rear light. I wish this bike had a rear brake light and came on when you turned on the front head light.Already mentioned, but this bike is heavy if you plan to carry it or ride long distances without the electric support.Pedal assist can lurch you forward more than you want to and takes some getting used to.

Awesome
Initially had trouble with the front wheel. Had little instructions on how to assemble the wheel. However, it’s an amazing ebike
