I am weary about buying no name products without first seeing them but I really liked the price on this item. When it came in it was really solid( had fears it would be unstable). The sleeve that holds it in place was hard to get in for my application but with some work I did get it in place. The only complaint I have is that the water supply lines are not standard so if you have an issue you can't go to homedepot you would have to contact them for new parts, it's not enough of an issue to knock off a star though. So far I love this faucet and it's a really nice matte finish so no fingerprints. Also it said it was 8 inches but after I set it up it pulls out exactly 20 inchs.

After 24 hours seems a good purchase. Looks like a high-quality finish, works well. The rotation of the tall spigot within the base feels slightly spongy but it's perfectly functional.The method for attaching to the sink uses a large diameter plastic "cup" into which the metal threads are set. This is good for hand gripping and prevents using any tools to tighten it. That approach is probably a good idea for not overtightening and for being able to untighten later. The rubber washer they provide seems probably too thick and spongy so the faucet doesn't get 100% firm against the sink the way I have seen in the past. If I was going to re-install I'd use a thinner washer/gasket.This was "very good condition" from amazon warehouse and the seller was accurate, it's in very good condition. All the parts were nicely included and bagged for separation and protection.pull-out end does a pretty good job of returning with the attached weight on the hose under the sink pulling it back. But it usually takes a slight tap to get it the last few millimeters in. I'm not worried about it.

Good faucet, horrible quality. It works very well when it does and installation is relatively easy. The problem is the sink is pretty cheap and most likely WILL have something break. We've had this faucet for nine months and now it's leaking everywhere and there's no way to stop it. Look at the round grey button on the head of the faucet, every time we turn on the water it will be leaking and spraying out from that button everywhere. You cannot push the button or wiggle it to stop, it's as if a seal inside wore out or gave out, or the button is the seal but shrunk from usage. Whatever the case, it's unusable now and we need a replacement. I'm contacting the company to see if they'll help fix the problem or even if they'll respond. Will update the result. I will push this down to a one star if they don't.

Nice looking faucet. Plumbers should love it if they need more business!Bought this for a lg stainless laundry sink during a remodel & had professionally installed.Faucet head has never worked properly & performance has only deteriorated with time. Dribble to hard spray...very hot to icy cold... and all without touching the button on the sprayer head. Fascinating and useless!!Currently trying to find a replacement head that fits....after two other plumbers have shaken their heads...just like the guy who installed it.

I can finally leave a review. My kitchen Reno was completed the week of Christmas last year. I'm so excited! This faucet is nice. Brushed nickel finish looks lovely and matches my decor.The faucet has a pull down sprayer and it can be a stream of water or a shower spray. I love both! I do wish that the shower feature sprayed water in the center of the spray. (This would be my only issue.) It just sprays on the outside of the sprayer. We can turn the upright sideways so that I can fill a pot of water off to the side of the sink. Amazing product. Thank you

I bought this faucet a little over a year ago but waited about 4 months to install it - so it's only been in use for about 8 months and it's become almost unusable. The button that you click to change the stream type has stopped working properly. I'm not a mechanic so I can't tell you what exactly is wrong, but unless you push it ALL the way in and hold it the entire time you're using it you get barely more than a dribble of water. Very frustrating but can not afford to replace it so we are dealing!It's very attractive though, so if it's for a sink you barely use or you're about to sell your house - go for it!

One star. Looks good and worked well at first but now the water flow has decreased to almost nothing. The description claims 10 warranted for 10 years but good luck getting a replacement. Wish I didn't buy.update: emailed the seller and told him that it broke, the seller quickly responded and asked me to send him a picture of the water flow, I did later that day and the next day he replied stating a new spray head is on the way. A few days later it arrived and was a simple screw on installation. I am really happy with the customer service, not so happy that the first spray head broke so I docked it one star.

I have been using his facet for about 5 mos now, waiting I knew I had a good product before giving my review. I have to say I am extremely pleased. I really didn't know what to expect since the price was so low, far cheaper than other facets on the market with the same design. It works as it should, we followed the instructions as they were written with no issues. The only problem I had was that the pull out sprayer handle started to droop a little and not go back in and stay attached to the main part of of the facet. After a little troubleshooting I realized that I needed to move to weight that is attached at the end of the sprayer(under the sink). It was not pushed up far enough to cause the spayer to go into faucet and stay in. Simple and easy fix. The water pressure is awesome with no issues. All in all this was a great purchase and I would definitely recommend this faucet if you are considering it.
