Great Item!
This turned leisurely walks with my Mom into great workouts. The vest fits my frame well, I was worried it wouldn't tighten enough, but fits well and does it's job.

OBSESSED with this vest!
I've had this vest for a few months now and I love it. I wear it on the treadmill or out on walks with my dog. I went with the ten pound and it works great for me, fit is comfortable and it's super durable. I've recommended it to so many friends and they love theirs too! Wish I had an amazon storefront cause I would share the heck out of this thing LOL its a must, ladies!! Gotta increase that bone density in preparation for our 2.0 season (aka post menopause)

Nice ergonomic weight vest
This is a nice ergonomic weight vest. Easy to put on and effective to stimulate your cardio more than just your body weight.

fits great
I'm 5'3 110 lbs so I'm small and it was hard to find a 10-lb weighted vest that wasn't cumbersome. This one fit perfectly!

Takes Some Time
I like the vest and bought it to wear on my walks. I walk about 4-7 miles a day. I first wore it around the house to get used to the weight. I don't wear it every day on my walk as I'm still getting accustomed to the weight. It may take me longer than others to get to where I can wear it on daily walks. That's not a negative about the vest. It just is my approach to wearing it. It feels solid, no leakage of the sand. And it is easy to get on and off.

I bought this for a family member for Christmas as she likes to walk a lot and wanted the added benefit of weights for walking. This was very comfortable and fit well and she would highly recommend it if you want to add a little weight to your walking.

Happy with the weight distribution and ease of putting on/off & adjusting this weighted vest. Got the 20# one & it's slightly bulky between the shoulder blades but otherwise almost unnoticed once it's on the torso.
