Skullcandy Unisex Cassette (2012) Athletic White

Let me start off saying that my item came in with the SkullCandy logo all over it and a carry bag with the SkullCandy Logo on it as well so I have no doubt my product is made by SkullCandy.At first I would agree with a previous review that stated that the audio was a little loud in the mid-range and muffled at the very high end of the spectrum. However, I am aware that different devices will produce different audio quality. So, on my Galaxy S3 I decided to download a equalizer APP which solved this issue. The sound quality is now very pleasing with deep bass, solid mid-bass punch, clear vocals and a nice symbol crash.Audio level is higher than I can tolerate and I frequent auto racing with 700+HP cars which are LOUD! I have found that at 20% volume I am more than happy with the levels.Look and feel is solid. The plastic has a soft touch feel to it and the cord is tangle free. There are two sets of ear pads but not instructions on replacement. I'm assuming you just pull one off and put the other on. However, I like the larger softer ones that are on it.I can not complain about the comfort at all. I wore these for 8 hours straight and my ears never felt hot and unlike ear buds I didn't feel like I needed a break from them.I would recommend this to all my friends and have!

I bought these to use with with my ski helmet.I own many pairs of high end headphones, and the sound quality exceeded my expectations at this price point. Obviously the sound isn't perfect, but since I'm wearing these outside, it's more than good enough.The cable is not that great. For one thing, it's really thin, so I'm worried it won't last. And it's non-standard because it's a Y cable with all three ends male.Also, the mic button didn't work on my android phone out of the box. Based on a quick google search, it seems like it may be designed to work only with an iphone. But that was solved by downloading HeadsetButton Controller app4 stars for headphones, 2 stars for cable

Actually fits over your ears, as opposed to other noise cancellation headphones. Is soft on the skull. Has a mic and effectively cancels out noise.

The sound quality of these is decent, however, they are not OSFA. Even on their smallest setting, these did not stay on my ears comfortably -- my ears would start to hurt after 10 minutes because of the angle of the headphones. I love this brand, and I definitely have a head that is on the smaller size range so I can't really blame the company. If you have a small head, stick with Skullcandy in-ears!

Love them great bass and very clear! Great value my 14 year old loves them, would highly recommend them to someone else

For something listed as "new", it should not have brown scuff marks on it. But, uh, yeah, everything works
