I have installed these turn signals and resistors spliced in and soldered onto the red wire. I still have hyper flashing issues. What are my options?

The instructions are WRONG. You have to attach one side of the resistor to the blinker wire (aka red) and the other side to the common wire (aka black). See my review for pictures.

How do the old resisters go on? It doesn’t have any instructions on how to put them on

There's a video on YouTube, for LED install, that's what got me through it.

Will they fit 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

They fit my 2009 Wrangler. A quick search on the net shows your Cherokee takes the same style as all late model Chrysler vehicles. I would say they will work.

Will these fit a 1976 CJ7?

Don’t think so. Description says 07-2018.
