I have used this product off and on for years, but I recently had 2 incidents that prove the effectiveness to me. I like to hike, but recently both knees developed severe pain whenever I went uphill. I was afraid I may need to stop hiking. I decided to try a Dr. Christopher's treatment suggested to me by a naturopath. I rubbed the Tissue and Bone ointment into both knees joints, front-sides-back. I followed that by rubbing in Dr. Christopher's Cayenne Heat Ointment. Within a week I was able to hike with minimal pain. I then developed a ganglion cyst in my left wrist from a fall. It was quite painful. My orthopedist recommended a surgical procedure to drain the cyst. Instead I decided to try the above treatment on my wrist and within 2 weeks my cyst has decreased in size, there is no pain and my range of motion has increased. I may have to use these two rubs for the rest of my life!, but who cares? If I can avoid knee and/or wrist surgery it is worth. I highly recommend any of Dr. Christopher's products. Good luck.

Ok so you have to keep it refrigerated and it smells like garlic bread. I’m not sure if it’s working per say as my injury is months old but doesn’t seem sufficiently healed. I fell on my shin on the stairs and I think I may have damaged my nerves. Needless to say like a lot of Americans, I can’t afford to see a doctor and this was recommended to me. There is a numbing quality to it so I think there is a pain relief element. I will post another review if I feel like this helps me.I danced all night in bad shoes at the first club they opened back up since the lockdown. My knees the next morning hurt so bad I hobbled around. Then I applied the cream and mother of god, the pain subsided and I healed in 24 hours. This cream is a miracle.

I've tried many different things for my toe Fungus. Nothing ever worked. I had this for other healing purpose such as dry skin on my heals. I thought I would try it on my toes. It worked great. I just spread it on and around my toe nail and it killed the fungus within a couple weeks. I'll keep using it until a new toenail grows out and even then I may keep using it to make sure it doesn't come back.

I got cellulitis on my face, and I didn't have to undergo skin scraping. The doctor told me not to put any ointment on it, because she said it would interfere with other doctor's ability to diagnose the issue. However, she was completely unconcerned about whether I might have a horrible scar. I lost all of the skin on the left half of my face around my mouth and looked like a zombie. Despite the terrible infection healing in the area, it grew back with absolutely no trace. The medication healed the infection for the most part, but it couldn't have grown back the skin. Also, the pain would have been immense, and normally the skin would have to be completely scraped. The doctor was in awe and said, "it healed up beautifully." I didn't mention the cream. It was still painful, but nothing like the pain would have been, and you can't see any trace that anything happened.

Use it a lot. Helps to keep moving my joints. It will stain clothes and bedding.

Bought it for my husband's total hip replacement and he healed very quickly with it but it is doing wonders for my ankle. I tore the muscles tendons and ligaments and it is really helping with the discomfort so far.

Wanted to see if it would help with my hand arthritis. I am not sure if it does or not bc I don't have a regular routine. However, I put it on a sensitive toe that had had pain for several years, and it took care of it in two days!. The podiatrist had offered nothing helpful for my 2nd toe that extends and sometimes hits and never seemed to get better, no matter how much I stayed off it or used arnica. The Tissue & Bone ointment absolutely took care of it.And sometimes if I forget to change into real shoes & walk the dog in crocs, I have pain in the foot bones. With this product, the next day it is fine. I don't understand what it does - perhaps it accelerates my body's own healing of superficial injury, more than I can do on my own.
