watch stopped working
I want to let you know about a very disappoint purchase I made recently at your shop. Last week I bought a personalized wooden watch for daughter, but when I got it yesterday, I discovered that it was stopped working is that the battery is dead. This situation is unacceptable I need to be replaced a new battery.I hope you improve your product's quality.

No battery
The watch is very beautiful and I love the saying but the battery stopped working as soon as I got it. We returned the watch and got another one but the same thing happened with the battery.
