Can you eat with them on?

We do not recommend eating with these on. Drinking cold drinks that don't stain would be fine. They do come with a small plastic case so they can be easily removed and stored while eating...

can i still wear these with braces?

This item is NOT for people with braces as the thermal material molds to the wearers teeth and in the case of braces would get stuck and be difficult to remove.

Will it still work if i have 3 missing teeth ?

Yes. As long as you followed the directions provided it will work.

Can you use these if you wear dentures?

Yes. You would just mold them with your dentures.
