The book is excellent for a novice like myself. Nothing seems to be left to prior to knowledge of brakes. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that for self learning ,not having an answer key card to chapter review and ASE test prep questions kind of spoiled the review.Since I now have to go out and buy the instructor guide to get answers to the questions I'm a little iffy on.
