Not at all happy with the product. Nothing is working other than Youtue. Can’t download apps. Bluetooth not showing. Very limited miracast option. Overall a bad decision of mine.

Home theater is not supporting

Now from the date of instillation TV Screen getting black spots picture not okay, please rectify or replace. I called mfs toll free no. Since more than one month. So far not replaced after verifying TV. Please slove and replace. Item defective. Manufatrur not respond after calling toll free three times local person visited and acknowledged the product defective. Please take back product and return money.

Excellent TV and technician support without any hazzle. They fixed TV with wall mounting free of cost. I even took 2 additional year warranty for Rs 1900/-. That is total of 1+2=3 years warrenty!. On the whole excellent service.I recommend this TV to anyone anytime without hesitation.

50 inches LED TV in 17K is unbelievable. Picture quality is mind blowing, it really supports 1080 full HD video. Miracast is also superb. I can easily cast my mobile screen to this TV. The only installed third-party apps are YouTube and Google Chrome browser. App store is there but it doesn't work (service engineer also couldn't solve app store issue). In Chrome browser you can browse anything. Sound quality is a bit disappointing. I am using Amazon Fire stick in this TV and Sony home theater and it feels like a real cinema hall. If you are really looking for complete smart feature then I won't suggest this TV.

I am changing the 5-star rating to 3. As there is no issue with the product yet. But I got multiple calls from eAirtec to provide a 5-star rating so they will give 3 months extended warranty (but later on I came to know it is a false promise ).About the TV:Below 20K this TV is a good deal. We have not faced any issue till now.
