Warp Brothers CB-86 King Size Mattress Storage Bag, White

I bought this mattress cover after reading reviews about all different types online so I decided to take a stab at this one since it was half the price of competitors and looked exactly the same. First off it's not meant to seal up with a zipper or velcro. The purpose of this cover is to protect a mattress while in transit during a move. If you have to store a mattress and make sure it's 100% waterproof for an extended period of time then I'd go with a U haul brand cover.The issue with this cover is that it probably won't fit a king sized mattress, it's more fitting for a queen mattress with a pillow top, which is what I used it for. Once the mattress is inside you'll have to tape the ends shut but you'll notice that you'll have a few inches of exposed mattress at the end on the side wall of the mattress. I just taped it up the best I could and it made it to the new apartment without any dirt on it or scratches. I like my new mattress so I didn't want it to get worn in any way.Great buy and I hope this helps you in your decision. It worked great for me.

Sorry, the title of this review is in caps - but these bags are that bad. I was going to write this review after I measured the thicknes of my king mattress and box springs so I could give better information, but I am not able to do that right now. Amazon prompted me to write a review so I thought I would go ahead and do it now.These bags are AWFUL. They do not fit and my mattress is not particularly thick. I could understand that I might have a unique situation that makes the bags not fit, but I am sure that is not the case. I will update this review when I measure the thickness of the mattress and box spirngs.I was so frustrated trying ot use these that I was going to write the review the day I was using them. But, I did want to measure first. Not possible at the moment. But here is the situation - these bags might be big enough, except they gather the seams at the bottom with manufacturing to seal the bag. This effectively decreases the usable size by about six inches I estimate. Pure crap. The first thing that happened is the bag ripped as I was trying to make it fit across the mattress. Even then it does not close at the top. I would gladly pay the extra three cents or whatever the manufacturer would charge to make a bag that actually fit.I would have given this product one star (or zero stars if possible) except that I was able to close the bag with tape at the top and only have to store it for about 30 days.

This is the honest truth about this bag and what you need to know. I used this recently to move my Queen size plush pillow top bed & box frame to my new home. The bag thickness is quality. It's not a thin bag and I've seen some thin ones in my life. You have to physically try to rip this in order to do that so don't worry about bag thickness.HOWEVER, do worry about the bag not closing. At all. It will slide on your bed, but you will need duct tape if you want to seal it together. It's just like a giant yellow rectangular garbage bag. No zipper, no seal. Be warned about that, but I had no issues; I moved on a nice day. Buy the King Size for a queen and it will be enough to tape shut. I'd buy these again in a heartbeat. Honestly I'll probably save them for when I move my bed again next b/c they're still in like new shape!!!

As other reviewers mentioned - this is only a bag - it does not seal by itself. I bought the king size. It barely closed at the top, so we had to tape it. It's thick plastic and will help with keeping the mattress clean, however will not really stand up much during a move - it will tear if you drag the covered mattress on the ground. Overall it did what I needed it to do - keep the mattress clean during transportation. It was a one time use item though.

just as the title says...it worked well to wrap our mattresses for storage in the garage, however we used 2 per item (2 for the mattress and 2 for the box spring). we only had one tear on the seam but as long as you pull it over in a uniform fashion which it takes 2 people to do it isnt an issue. the tear resulted from me not keeping up with my husband. :) also...order a size bigger than what you need. we had a queen mattress/box spring and i ordered the king size. this also might help with the fit.

The bag was of sufficient thickness to protect the mattress for moving, however, if you pull too hard on the bag it will rip. I used some of the stretch wrap I purchased here at Amazon the seal the ripped area. One other thing. The bag could of been a bit longer so the end could have been overlapped and sealed. Between the mattress bag and the stretch wrap I was able to move the mattress and box springs in a open trailer about 80 miles this winter.

I would have to agree with other reviewers re: ordering the next largest size.I purchased the King size for use with my Queen mattress and box springs...so glad I did. We had several inches leftover to seal up the ends securely. I only had one slight tear and it was along a seam edge. This was after taping everything up and moving it out to the storage unit by hand!Overall, I'm pleased with the product; you certainly can't beat the price!

Other reviews had it right... this is really nothing more than a giant trash bag. I carried my mattress to my storage unit, and put the covering on in front of my unit. In the process of taking it form outside my unit to inside the storage unit (5 feet?), it tore in two different places. Also, my bed is a pillow-top queen, and the king side barely (BARELY!) fit. I'd recommend everyone order 1-2 sizes bigger than their mattress actually is.That said, this isn't a horrible product. Once I taped up the torn areas, it looks like it will get the job done. Just realize you are getting what you pay for... something pretty inexpensive that is DEFINITELY one-time use and not durable.
