These are more of an ornament than a working shelf, we have a potted plant on each of ours, which has added a little glam to the room. They're extremely easy to install, a simple pilot hole does the job. You may want to get your own plug and nail to ensure they stay planted in the wall. The rope is a gold colour, and the wood is a nice and light.. I'm not sure the price matches the quality of the product, however I decided not to return them as the really do match the room well.

I quite like these floating shelves, like most reviews the only negative I would say is there a gold rope that it comes with isn't the best so I would probably swap that at a later date. Otherwise overall it's ideal to get small ornaments etc off the side to keep them tidy. You basically get what you pay for but I quite like them.

Bought these to add some decoration to my conservatory. They looks great and I can put my indoor plants on them to keep them out of reach from the cats.

I received two planks of wood but NO ROPE!!! Absolutely livid. What a waste of money.
