BLACKHAWKSERPA Concealment Holster - Matte Finish, Size 25, Right Hand, (Smith & Wesson M&P 9/40 & Sigma)

As a larger guy, the SERPA Concealment Hoslster is a great option for both open and concealed carry. I like that this product comes with both types of attachments (paddle and belt loop). I first tried the belt loop with a full size handgun, but found that it sat awkward on my belt due to the weight of the gun. It actually leaned farther outward. The paddle works better by keeping the gun tight against my body. I've tried other inside the waist band holsters and they would slowly work their way out of my pants or the gun would work loose. I wouldn't carry due to this. This doesn't happen at all with the paddle holster (I realize this is an outside the waist band holster). I also like that it has a retention clip that keeps the gun locked in place. I have no worries about the holster or the gun coming loose. I like the hard plastic over soft fabric holsters. I haven't tried a leather holster yet. I have been very happy with the purchase. I did have to contact Blackhawk support and was impressed with the service I received. I received a prompt and friendly reply. The issue I ran into was with a full size M&P 9mm. The plastic retention "spring" inside creates too snug of a fit. I was able to compress the spring a bit and used a heat gun so that it would retain the new shape. It works perfect now.

Holster is adjustable, in case you want to cant the angle. (You'll need a screwdriver to assemble it.) Reliable level 2 and the release button is placed so you can't accidentally put your finger through the trigger guard when removing it. Does not hug the body, which can be either a positive (easy to reach) or a negative (need to wear something baggy over it to conceal it), depending on how you feel about concealment.

I purchased this product several years ago and it's still working great. I purchased a second one as a spare. It locks in the weapon great and prevents anyone from taking your weapon but you can remove your weapon very easily. Again, great product and holds up very well.

I love this holster! With one touch of my finger it releases my weapon and it holds it securely and safely so it won’t fall out or get caught on something and get pulled out no matter what unless the finger release is depressed

Works great for me you need to practice drawing from it to get use to the release button. But it’s great.

The holster holds your gun firmly and is very comfortable. The release keeps the gun in place until you want/need it.

title says it all. similar to my other Serpa reviews, i say the following:people on the internet will insist that this holster leads to negligent discharges, that if it gets dirty the release wont work, that youll be mocked out of the room by the guys who spent 8 times as much on a similar holster...well 2 out of those 3 arent accurate, and the third is the only way they can justify to them selves that they werent idiots for spending a stupid amount of money on a holster when quality wise, there are similar alternatives for an 8th of the pricethe simple fact is when you draw your pistol from this holster your finger will be above the trigger guard entirely...unless you move it once its cleared the holster. it was designed this way to prevent NDs.as far as the release getting jammed up...ill put it this way, in my 8 years of using and training with the serpa holster, i have never had any of the problems that people insist the serpa have/cause(and i have even tried to make them fail with mud and sand).id also point out that several units in our own military as well as other countries use the holster with no problems and prefer it.Operator error, is not the holsters fault. practice safe weapons handling

Bought lightly used when guaranteed all the parts are included and the screws holding it together are missing. Don’t feel like I should be responsible to order missing parts, call manufacturer or have to box it up and drive it to a return location. Don’t buy used.

Ｍ＆Ｐ専用ということで、4.25インチスライドのバレル面がツライチで気持ち良いです。（グロック21用で共用した場合1センチないし0.5インチほどホルスター長が余ります）。ＳＥＲＰＡシステムには最近批判も多いですが、トリガーフィンガーを伸ばしてドローする癖をキチンとつけておけば大丈夫。そもそも抜いた時点でトリガーに指をかける射手の問題でホルスターの機構の問題ではないように思える。とはいえ円安などの影響もあって、徐々に価格が上がっているのだけは、なんとかならないものか。アメリカでは45ドル前後なので、8000円とかの価格は正直どうかと思う。ただ、ＳＥＲＰＡタイプなどのレプリカで、まともなレベルの製品にお目にかかったことも無いので（ロックの板バネがむき出し、ロックが硬い、バリが多くて銃本体が傷つくなどなど）、高くても実物の使用が望ましいでしょう。

WE 製対応とありますが、マルイM&P 9にも対応しています。レプリカとは明らかに内側の作りも違うししっかりホールドしてくれて安心です。
