Good cable slide works well make sure when you install to face it the right direction so it will divide the cables so they are not rubbing each other when you draw the bow back

So far, I am extremely happy with this purchase! I have a Diamond EDGE SB-1 that came with a generic, plastic cable slide and this is a definite upgrade. You wouldn't think that it would make much of a difference, but it definitely reduces some of the noise (from shooting) and slightly boosted my arrow speed (fps). For an $11 price tag, the bonuses are substantial. Would definitely recommend as an upgrade to any mid-tier bow that has a plastic/resin cable slide.

I'm not sure how others have their bows set, but in my case this cable slide is touching the arrow, preventing it to sit properly in the arrow rest. Not usable.

Used this to replace a poorly engineered Cable guard on a Bear Archery Cruzer X bow. The bow is an entry-level bow, but one that is still worth keeping and caring for. The original design from the factory utilizes a cable guard that literally chews up cables, requiring replacement. Bear Archery has provided replacement string and cables at no cost and with this cable slide, the problem has been resolved. I've already ordered another for a Bear Approach that has a similar design, thus similar issue. Installs without a bow press in about 2 minutes.
