I dont know what I was really expecting. Tasted nice, color not very green. Like I said idk but definitely not complaining.

I got this olive oil to use on salads and I am not disappointed. It has a rich flavor and the bottle is decorative enough to leave on the counter (usually I decant into a dark serving bottle). I would recommend this for the quality, flavor and price.

This Picual olive oil is perfect in many ways. It has the perfect taste (good enough for just taking a spoonful ,which is great for your skin if nothing else). It makes a great salad dressing. And, being a Picual olive, it's got a high cooking point so you can feel free to use it for oven-roasting vegetables, for coating chicken, salmon and other fish, for sautéeing anything - it's very versatile. We love it!

If you try this you will never go back to cheap mass-produced Olive oil again. Makes a good dish a great dish. Cheap oil tastes bitter with a bad after tast.
