Sealy Jenna Modern Microfiber L-Shaped Convertible Sectional in Gray

We were so excited to buy our new couch, and now are so disappointed. To spare you a long story, I'll explain what happened in bullet points:- Directions were basically useless. They over-relied on images rather than text to tell you what to do (most likely to save money on printing various translations - being cheap is a theme here). I have a theory the directions we got were actually for another model of couch, because some of the pictures were of types of screws that weren't included.- After getting the couch assembled, it was uncomfortable to sit on. None of the adjustable back settings felt natural.- Five months later, and the legs folded in! We have to prop the couch up with books at this point. We're two non-overweight people in our twenties. A couch not being able to support our weight is simply ridiculous.- Neither Cymax nor Sealy was helpful AT ALL. They both basically told us "nothing we can do". I'll never buy from either company again, and suggest that you don't either!
