Meatless Manifesto
This was my first time trying the Meatless Select variety, and I've been very pleased with the results. The taco filling has a bold flavor of refried beans and something else I can't quite place, with the texture of ground beef (but a little softer and much easier on the stomach). It IS pretty mild in flavor, so I added some hot sauce to spruce it up a bit. Better too mild than too salty though - that's my opinion.I looooove the veggie tuna. There's a significant amount of water in the can, so I got a little less than I expected (but Meatless Select does have larger cans of the veggie tuna available for sale). Even though it clearly doesn't taste like what I remember actual tuna tasting like, there's something in the ingredients that suffices enough to curb my tuna cravings. I added a bit of vegan mayo, pepper, and relish, and voila! I had myself a very satisfying sandwich. Even though there's not *a lot* of tuna in the can, I'd say you could probably make a couple of sandwiches out of one can.I've yet to try the chili since I'm not much of a chili fan, but so far, Meatless Select has not disappointed. It's also a pretty good value, averaging less than $3 a can (a lot of meat alternatives are pretty costly).

Don't Buy These!!
Not very good and definitely not worth the money. There are other way better vegetarian alternatives. I tried the Taco filling can today and although it was edible it definitely wasn't worth the cost. Instead of that you should buy Tofurky brand Chorizo Taco Filling in the refrigerated section at the grocery or health food store. It's really hard to find but it's totally worth it. It's a billion, trillion times better than this company's attempt. The mock Tuna by this company was so bad I just threw the rest of the can in the trash and am putting the second one in the trash too. It smells like real tuna which is not a plus for me and it just looks and TASTES gross.I haven't tried the chili yet. I'm expecting it to taste fine but it still wouldn't be worth the money. The chicken sliders tasted fine to me but that's only because I'm used to eating lots of weird vegetarian mock meat products. If you are or ever were a carnivore you will probably hate them along with everything else. Even though they tasted fine to me since there are only 2 in a can it makes it ridiculously more expensive than even other vegetarian products that aren't very cheap either but are a much better value than this.To sum up: Please do not buy this because it sucks!!!!

Delicious and healthy and definitely recommend
I've ordered this package 3 times now and am really enjoying it. The only reason I took off a star is because the chili has more sugar than the Amy's Kitchen brand of chili that I usually buy. But the great news is that this is non BPA packaging and solves the problem of getting enough protein in my diet. I've been a vegetarian for over 40 years but never much of a cook! My favorite in this package is the "tuna"!

Massive disappointment
Like others, I bought this primarily try the fishless tuna. Atlantic Natural Foods is one of the few remaining producers of canned vegetarian faux meats after buying Loma Linda and Worthington's from Kellogg's recently, so I was hopeful.Like others, I was massively disappointed. The fishless tuna is terrible; literally the worst. I have been vegetarian for over 20 years and I've never had any meat replacement that was this bad. Just don't even bother.I was also disappointed to find out the chicken "sliders" have eggs in them, so I can't even eat those; to be fair, maybe they are good but I'll never know. The five been chili is so-so; nothing to brag about. The only thing I haven't tried is the taco meat but I'm not looking forward to it at this point. One the one hand, the sampler is a good way to go to try these out before ordering a whole case of any one thing. But I honestly would not recommend these products to anyone, vegetarian or not.

Not super impressed with the Mexican "meat"
These products need a little work. Not super impressed with the Mexican "meat". It kinda smelled and looked like cat food. :( The other disappointment is the products are NOT VEGAN! The chicken sliders have eggs in them. I wish I knew that before I ordered them. However, the Tuna was really good and our favorite in the sample pack. It was a little spongy in it's consistency, but tasted a lot like tuna! :)

Good Quality Taste
As a semi-vegetarian, I rated five stars because the Meatless Select Vegetarian Sample Pack was very well produced. I was looking for a vegetarian version of tuna fish, and to my great satisfaction found that it come in cans. Previously I had eaten thawed frozen mock tuna that came wrapped in plastic. While I am not a great fan of soy foods like I used to be for health reasons, I find an occasional use of it can be gratifying. I like to see Atlantic Natural Foods come out with soy and wheat gluten free vegetarian products as well as vegan ones. Vegetables are very versatile and can be prepared in a way that will make it very competitive as the food of the future. Creativity is needed to make it real and affordable.

Ick
I wanted to try all of these before I wrote a review so that I could truly rate this sample pack. I started with the chili and it was actually really good! I was hoping that the rest of the pack would be as good, but it simply was not. The tuna smelt and tasted funny, the taco filling was greasy as all get out and just gross, and the chicken paties are very lackluster and taste awful. Over all, I won't be recommending this or buying it again. Maybe my expectations were too high.

I was let down
I bought this particular sample pack just to see how it tasted because the thought of fishless tuna sounded too good to be true.. And it was. The fishless tuna tasted and smelled like cat food. I tried the chicken sliders also and they were decent, although i wouldn't buy a case of them. I have yet to try the chili or the taco meat, but my expectations of them are not very high. I was mostly dissatisfied with the product and likely would not recommend it to a friend.
