Works as advertised, a bit noisy fan
Works perfectly, the linux driver sources are available and can be compiled for a modern linux kernel just fine. No issues. Just the fan is a bit noisy but I can be reduced by replacing the zero-ohm resistor there (it has more places for parallel resistors there) or adding an extra resistor on the FAN cable itself. Of course if you are using all tuners all the time, I don't recommend modifying it and just live with the fan noise - tuners produce quite a lot of heat, this is normal and they need to be cooled down effectively.

I bought a card and tbs still hasn't updated the drivers for its operation I'm still waiting for them to update
