Q: Going with size chart what is more important to go with as i have a measurement of 38 inch for both chest and stomach?

It’s a snug fit on the waist so get the size up for that measurement.

No you can’t adjust the length of the sleeves, however I have reasonably long arms and the fit is fine. The quality and workmanship of the jacket is first class. I have not been out in the rain so cannot comment on how waterproof it is but it’s cool when riding in hot weather.i was so delighted with the jacket my wife bought me the trousers for xmas. Great product for the money I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Depends where you are measuring your arms from. Mine is a XXXL so the arms are pretty long, but still not much more than 23”. I think you should be fine. Better a bit long than too short. Hope this helps
