I've never tried these before last week was the very first time I've ever tried him and I love thim they gave me a great pump when I'm working my biceps working out with less weight but more reps of my sets that was described as doing 30 for your first set 15 for you next three sets that last set was crazy pump but it was still comfortable. Loved them. And you can definitely feel the pump

The product is exactly as described, great for banding the arms and keeping the arms swelled during the pump. I don’t use them everyday I workout but it’s definitely a great booster on arm day when you feel huge in minutes! It’s not going to grow your arms in any sense but if seeing the pump Allows you to push harder it’s worth it!

These are alright, but they tend to loosen pretty easily when you move and pinch when tightening them.

They're comfortable but once I really start working out they just pop off my arm or loosen gradually mid workout. There doesn't seem to be a good way to lock these in place without adding some sort of attachment or clip myself. Good quality band itself, but they don't function as well as they should for occlusion.

These are horrible. They pinch, cannot be used with one hand, and are just not well made. Went with another brand and love them.. I do not recommend this to anyone.
