Haven't used it much yet
Without really using it consistently all I can speak to is taste, ease of mixing it and texture.While I doubt anyone loves powdered shake texture, this mixes without clumping fairly easily and wasn't overly gritty. Adds a little bit of a banana-y flavor for sure, no surprise there.

Too expensive
Good product but VERY VERY expensive compared to other alternatives. I will not buy this product again due to cost. Otherwise it is a good source of resistant starch.
