I've been using this product for several years. For me, it works great for keeping the small aches and pains of arthritic joints controlled without the use of chronic Ibuprofen and Tylenol. I can always tell the difference if I am not taking it consistently. It is a medical grade supplement with Glucosamine, Chondroitin, cocoa extract, grape seed extract, Bromelain and amino acids, originally suggested by my Naturopath. I was excited to see it offered on Amazon because I have always had to go through a Supplement store to get it before.
