Exactly as described and I love it.if I have to complaint about something is that the rubber lid, because it is rubber, moves, so it is no good to put in your bag if full, however as that's not why I bought it, it is perfect for me and works exactly as expected.

Lovely cup
This cup has a great design and keeps the coffee hot for just the right amount of time. Have had various cups before but will use ecoffee from now on.

Very good quality reusable cup but why so expensive here
I just bought that very same cup this morning at an organic coffee shop near Plymouth and paid £6.25 for it, that also got me free coffee for a value of £2 or thereabout. So either the coffee shop massively subsidies the cups they want to sell OR the online prices are very inflated. Do look around before you buy.

Great quality cup
Very good quality cup. The sleeve prevents fingers getting too hot and the lid keeps the drink warm for longer.Is the same size as a ‘normal mug’.
