Microsoft Nokia Lumia 640 Grenade Combat Case by ElBolt® with Kick Viewing Stand - Orange with Free Pocket Clip Stylus Pen and HD Screen Protector

Having gotten a smoking hot deal on a Microsoft Lumia 640, I was carrying it around in a leather sleeve which still left it susceptible to dings and scratches, even given my usual standard of care. Unfortunately, after purchasing my device I found that OtterBox does not sell a case for it. (That's the case brand we have for my wife's iPhone 5 and she is very pleased with it.)So I set about researching case options for the Lumia 640 and found mainly good reviews for the ElBolt Grenade Combat Case. I liked the fact that it came with a built-in stand and I figured the ribbed edges would lessen the chance of dropping the phone. I was concerned about fitment, but figured it was worth the $10 bet. The fact that a screen protector was included was a bonus.When the package arrived, I first set about installing the screen protector. It was accurately cut and I didn't have the curling issues reported by others. It was a pain in the butt to install without trapping dust particles, even though I was fastidious about wiping the phone clean with the included microfiber cloth. A good tip I found online was to use transparent tape to remove dust particles from the underside of the protector (that has the adhesive)--indeed, after a few tries, I was successful!Afterwards, I inserted the phone in the case proper. Fitment was good all the way around: the three buttons all worked and I could insert the tip of the phone's AC adpater into the charging port with no issues. Note that I was using the OEM adapter provided with the handset--other adapters with excess plastic surrounding the micro-USB end might not work as well. The headphone jack works with the male-to-male cord that I have on hand, but bulkier cords might be problematic.The case has a substantial feel to it and the kickstand is really a nice touch--I use it all the time when playing YouTube videos. The orange color stands out, making it easy to spot; it's nice that there are a variety of colors available. I like the case so much that I bought a second one in purple for my mother, as I will be upgrading her to a Lumia 640 within the next week or so.

Great case. Orange is a little brighter than pictured but that's fine with me; it's my favorite color. And I love the kickstand! The stylus is handy and the perfect size. The screen protector was a little tedious just to prevent a few finger prints. And no matter what I did I couldn't get the air bubbles out from underneath, so that ended up in the trash. But overall - for the price - great product bundle.

This case has protected my wifes lumia 640 very well. In the photos, the color looks a little more metallic to me then it does on the actual product, which looks more like translucent plastic. The stand works perfectly for landscape viewing and the buttons are appropriate and easy to use. The case provides a good grip surface without making the phone overly bulky. The screen protector included isnt the best out there but it is working so no complaints!

I love that the black part of the casing is removable and it came with the screen protector and stylus. Only thing was I didn't pay attention that there is not a kickstand for the the vertical position. Otherwise, five stars.

Love the kickstand wish the screen cover was better but that's an easy fix I like the glass ones better but I couldn't ask for a better case works great for me

A fantastic product for the price!! The screen saver and the case are just great, fit well and the stylus works really well. The only thing that I attached to the case was a clip / swivel that I could attach to my shorts or belt instead of putting this in a pocket.

Great protection but it makes my phone look like a cheap plastic toy. I was hoping it would look rugged. 4 stars for sturdiness.
