Great for the price had to do some adjusting and figuring and had to file the openings a little to get the rack to fit properly on the rollers But when do you not have to make stuff work it was no big deal was able to use the supplied hardware to complete the job the rubber on the rollers are very generic as said in previous reviews I put a dab of Vaseline on them which helped out alot

Product arrived broke and seller in un responsive. No instructions not even a picture and a bunch of extra random parts. Fitment and finish are also poor. Save your money and choose some other kit.

The unit is a solid base for your tour pack. Easy install, I did have to go get spacers and bolts for it since the ones provided didn't provide enough to grab the mount. It was another $5 in hardware, so it wasn't too bad. Only major greavence is the sleeves around the mounts are thin rubber and tore the 2nd time I installed the pack. I'm going to order a solid poly set to fix it. Other then that I'm satisfied.

Difficult to install. Generic fit I guess. Had to use many spacers to make it work. Doesn’t fit the locking device very tightly. Loose fit. See if it’s still there when I get to Sturgis.

The product upon arrival looked great and was as described. I believe a small price broke during shipping though. When I reached out to customer service they were quick to respond and resolved the issue. I am very satisfied and would buy products from them again for sure.

This mount arrived bent and was very hard to fit and adjust. Works but be cautious, very flimsy.

The tour pack disconnect did not come with instructions, but it was evident that, although this would fit with modifications on my 1989 electra glide sport, I would need to also purchase a license plate relocation bracket, a new detachable sissy bar and a new seat, because the original seat hardware cannot remain since it also has a sissy bar permanently attached. Return was allowed, minus the cost to ship it back.

If they are going to advertise and sell a item...they should make sure all of the pieces fit together. Bolts for the front brackets are also too short. Only grabs a couple threads. This kit is unsafe and complete junk.

It arrived on time but other than that not to happy with it. It come with a pile of hardware but not much of it worked. I had to make a trip to the hardware store for some longer bolt and spacers. The instruction are not very helpful but it did have a good picture. after completely installing it I went to lock the tour pack down and the locking foot broke off. I contacted the seller and asked if they could just send me a new locking piece. They said they could not do that and they wanted me to remove it all and send it back and then purchase another one. Not worth it to me, I figured out how to install it so I will figure out how to fix it.

I didn’t even get my bike out of the garage and black hold down clap broke (see photos)

The chrome seems to be decent. The forward mounts don't fit into the bracket. The actual bars need to be bent to line up. Overall I wouldn't recommend this product. Better off finding a better version.

This is an overseas manufactured product and the fit and finish illustrates this. Pieces that are supposed to fit together easily to allow for quick install and removal, don't fit properly. See attached photo. Sent it back to purchase item made in North America.
