Fascinating and Helpful
For a subject as dense and complicated as Constitutional Law this case book manages to be engaging and easy to digest.

Great Con Law Casebook
This casebook was required reading for my 1L Con Law class. The class focused mostly on the Commerce Clause, Spending/taxing power, and Substantive Due Process. This book does an excellent job of splitting up portions of the constitution and explaining how the legal principles have evolved over the past 230 years. The cases can be dense, but the commentary is excellent. Both authors are world-class Constitutional Law Scholars. Sullivan is the former Dean of SLS and SCOTUS advocate. Feldman is an HLS professor who was one of the four Con Law scholars who testified in front of Congress during the impeachment hearings. It's an expensive but quality con law casebook.

Looked like new.
They rated the book as very good but it looks like new.

very dense reading and thin pages
the pages are so thin that any pen or highlighter mark bleds through. As a student it feels like a supplement should go along with the book because of how dense the reading is, however it has interesting Opinions and notes.

Shipping was fast.
This version was great for me because of the fantastic online version that I was able to access on all of my devices. I barely, if ever, used the physical copy. Pricing was around $30 cheaper than the bookstore.

Good purchase. Heavy and pricy. But really good.
Perfect condition. Wish it came with a online access code but it was a good, definitely expensive; purchase.
