OK, maybe I’m showing my age, but this lock is straight out of James Bond or Star Trek. How crazy is it that you can just put your finger up to a padlock and have it open?This is my first finger-scanning lock so I had some concerns. Will the battery die and leave me locked out? No worries, it seems to go on for a while, and then before the battery dies, the led will blink in a pattern to let you know that the battery is low. Could someone just reprogram the lock while you’re not looking? No. In fact, the very first fingerprint you scan becomes your de facto admin password and it must be used subsequently to program more prints or to delete them all.I can find nothing wrong with this lock at this price. It’s not the beefiest lock on the market, so I’m not going to use it to secure family heirlooms, but for the gym, side-gate entrance, or even a gun case, this is a perfect fit and extremely handy. Just be aware that it’s a little smaller than the regular-sized padlocks we’ve gotten used to (see my photo).

i changed my mind. the lock was charging and i went to open it now it’s frozen. no way to reset it. i can’t contact the company for whatever reason.

had it on my storage unit worked when I had a first go and it recognize my fingerprint put it on my locker two days later of no use it was dead so I had to sit there with the charger with a battery pack 20 minutes now won't recognize my fingerprint only been three days now and this the first time it's ever even need it been open and I have to cut it off already it's absolute junk don't even waste your money

The idea of quick access via a fingerprint lock is excellent, unfortunately this lock is horrible. It works in increments. Some times it will unlock flawlessly 20 times in a row; the next time you attempt to open the lock you may have to try your fingerprint repetitively. I returned the lock after one such occasion requiring over 100 attempts and 20 minutes to open the lock.It definitely can not be trusted and I anticipate eventually you will be using bolt cutters to remove the lock.

If it actually stored fingerprints effectively and worked quickly I would use this product everyday. I must’ve gotten a lemon or something. I would love to test drive a new one if the company sent me another but I wouldn’t risk buying because I got stuck at the gym one day when I had an important interview cause this thing wouldn’t read my print correctly. Even after I made SURE that it was working well before going to the gym. Yes, I wiped my sweat/water off my thumb.

It wouldn’t unlock no matter what I did so I contacted support and they shipped me a new one no problem. The weird thing is , is the first one I got had a green ring on it and the second one I got had a blue ring on it as picture I’m not sure if there is different Quality but the blue one works great! It feels heavy and strong and really works only on your finger print. It is really easy to set up and the charge lasts a very long time. 10/10 would buy again.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  cool little lock. would like it to be little bigger and thicker but for gym locker works perfectly.direction was pretty simple. right out of the box you can unlock it with any of the fingers. to set the first administrator finger hold it for 6 seconds and will see blue flash. use the same finger place different direction and angle which turns green. you can do second finger and it worked fine on my sons finger. makes it very easy to use.

I liked it a lot when it worked which was about 3 weeks. One day it wouldn't respond at all(no lights). I took a charger and an extension cord to shed and charged it for 1 hour. Still no response and had to cut it off to get into my shed. Too bad as it was very convenient when it worked.
