PERFECT FOR WHAT I NEEDED; VERY PRETTY ALSO...
Being quite tall, I had a pair of gray slacks and black ones which needed some length added; so I simply sewed this ruffled fringe onto the hems, and it added just the right amount of length to the slacks and looks fabulous! Would you believe that I've had at least a half dozen compliments on both pairs of slacks, "Where in the world did you find those great slacks with the ruffles on the hem?" From Amazon, of course!
