Dangerous! Mold is not level, insense falls off because backside holder is not a flat level.
This elephant is very pretty BUT...Backside of elephants head is not level causing the insense to fall off.. "VERY DANGEROUS". Burned fingers several times trying to put the insense back on the backside of head. If the mold was level to hold the insense in place to prevent it from tipping over constantly...I would have kept it.Not a very safe mold. Sorry 😢

Very Disappointing Purchase
In order to create the backflow, the incense cone has to sit atop the elephant's head. However, the slot created for this isn't level, so many of the cones, which are also not always flat on the bottom, fall off. I have tried shaving of some of the bottom of the cone, or using a bit of matchstick to compensate for the slope of the elephant's head, but neither works very well and is ridiculously tine consuming. I'm very disappointed to have paid this much money for something that's basically useless to me.

It is exactly as pictured. It's cute, functions as expected, and I'm happy with it for the most part. Well packaged, but even though it was well packaged, mine appears to have acquired some scratches on it, which from what I can tell couldn't possibly have come from the package itself. They must have been there before they packed it. The box it's shipped in though is quite nice.

The media could not be loaded. Small but works perfectly and fits on my coffee table without taking up too much space. Beautiful details and nice color. Would recommend purchasing for yourself or as a gift for your friends or loved ones. Worth the price and it was fast delivery!!
