Excellent value for money!
Had this tap for approximately 2 months now and couldn’t be happier. The tap is sturdy, looks good and feels great quality Installation was done by a friend although I confident with most DIY I felt I would end up breaking something. However, he said it was one of the easiest installations his done and asked me to send him the link as he is recommending this tap! Usage: I have always liked the idea of a pull out sprout but never had one. I’ve missed out! Rinsing fruit, veg and rice is so much easier. Plus rinsing the sink to clean is very handy! Especially with 2 teenage boys who like to empty a whole cup of tea in the sink without cleaning up. They have no excuse now. My sink has never been so clean after they have ventured in the kitchen!! I have decent pressure so I find the spray one can end up getting everywhere but the lever to adjust the water is very easy. I love the aerator, which reduces water flow but still allows decent pressure. Cleaning: After use I wipe down with a. Microfibre cloths and it’s sparkling. They do strongly recommend not to use products as it may tarnish the finish. I’ve not felt like it has needed anything other than a wipe down. Excellent value for money, looks stylish and expensive. Highly recommend

Good, but one design issue...
Seems to be good quality and study and looks nice. The different flow settings are good too. Relatively easy to install if you've done a bit of DiY plumbing and your pipes have isolator valves. My issue is with the pull out flexible hose which doesn't 'push' back in. There is a plastic weight which attaches to the hose under the sink which should 'pull' the head back into the metal curved body of the tap via gravity. This wouldn't work under my sink as the pipework and unit shelves prevented it from falling in a straight line thus pulling the head back into the body. I resolved it with a rubber O ring around the head of the hose/outlet so it will push back into the main tap body, which works fine. I just wonder how well the fitting has been tested, as I imagine a lot of people have pipe work or obstacles under the sink which would obstruct the weight from pulling the hose down in a straight line.

looks great and more expensive than it actually is
Was easy to install and despite other reviews it came with all the correct fittings for the standard UK piping under our sink. it feels very sturdy but also light to move back and forth. With our pressure it certainly has a kick to it, so we have to get used to not putting hte tap on full blast especially when it's on the shower setting. but it does a great job of rinsing off plates etc before washing especially particularly tough foods. i love the clearance now between the sink and the tap giving room to fill bottles and the kettle etc, which was a bit of a ball ache with our old standard tap especially if a plate or two was in the sink. The hose rund longer under the sink and functions by a weight attached under the sink so you have to make sure you have some space under there to be able to pull the hose and the weight to fall back into place when you release it. All in all i am really pleased with the tap and the price i paid for it. feels like we are using a much more expensive tap for under £50.

Great tap for our campervan but make sure you have space for the weight (read below).
After visiting chain DIY stores we couldn’t believe the price of sink taps similar to this (£200 plus). I really struggle to see the difference between them and this. We have used this in our campervan conversion. It’s brilliant. Pros - -The spray function is great. -The length of hose is fantastic, longer than many I have seen. We can pull it outside if needed. - Hose is also very flexible. - Easy to install Cons The hose works via a weight on the other end which due to the hose being long means that the weight also hangs quite low down to counter it (pull it back in when not pulled out). That means that you need to ensure that you have the space below for that weight to move up and down otherwise the hose pull out feature will foul. We cut our shelving short to allow it to move freely. - This will not be a con for anyone using this in a kitchen (as it is built to be) but if you are in a van the weight will swing) It’s a brilliant tap and I really can’t complain.

Alright for the Price
Tap is not the best of quality but ok for the price. One thing to be mindful about is that the retractable hose actually dangles in your cupboard with a weight attached to it. If you have a water meter or lots of pipe work under it then this hinders the mechanism like it did with me. Had to do a work around. Also when fitting make sure the black hose connection to the tap is secure as mine was loose and I had to take everything off to tighten it as mine leaked. Very fiddly to install. I guess now that I know I’d prob do it quicker for the next one.

Lovely tap
Really nice tap! Easy to fit, just make sure you have enough room in the cupboard under the sink for the weighted hose. Makes the washing up a lot easier! Flicking it over to the shower spray function gives more pressure to get lift food from pans etc!

Lovely tap but connector at end doesn't work
Love this tap but unfortunately the connector at the end doesnt work. I'd really like a replacement as I do like the tap but cant find how to summit that request

Actually pretty good for the money, so glad to have replaced my old slightly leaky tap
The tap looks great and works well, my only negative comment about it would be with regard to the split or semicircular nut that retains the tap under the sink, due to the slit nature it’s not as strong as a full nut, therefore when tightening it splays open slightly and is difficult to get enough pressure to secure the tap to the sink top and stop it moving, it too a fair while to get it to work, I ended up replacing it for a full nut in the end. Other than that I love it, it’s just what we wanted.
