AnolonSmart Stack Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware, 11 Piece Set, Black

I waited over a year to write this review because let's face it, everything is 4-5 stars out of the box. Plus, in my experience "non-stick" cookware usually starts to fail after around a year. So with that said, I am very impressed with this product so far. Even now it's the most "non-stick" non-stick cookware I've ever owned. Not a drop of oil is needed; even eggs release easily for a hand flip that always impresses the kids. Although there are now a few flaws and scratches in the cooking surfaces due to normal wear and tear and some accidental burning of food, it still functions perfectly. Cleanup is a breeze. We follow the care instructions pretty closely, so keep that in mind as well. All in all this is proving to be an excellent purchase. It looks great too!

Researching cookware for induction ranges is mind-boggling...too much info or not enough info on the various products now available for these popular ranges. This is the set I finally chose to get me started, and I'm very pleased with them. I have added certain specialized individual pans as needed, such as a Cuisinart carbon steel wok, a cast iron crepe pan, skillet and grill pan, and stainless steel saucepans to supplement the ones in this set. The stacking feature is especially interesting, as no pan rests on or in the cooking surface of the pan below it. The sizes are consistent, meaning the pan lids fit the skillets, also important to me. Clean up is easy. The weight is adequate for the job, but not so heavy that one dreads having to use them. I haven't owned it long enough to know its long-term durability. I highly recommend this basic set.

Very nice addition to my cookwares.

They are my favorite! I used to have calphalon pots and pans. I had them for about 17 years and just replaced them with this set. I can't stress enough how great these are! They are so easy to clean and when I make eggs I literally just pour them right out of the pan! They stack beautifully. I am very happy and I actually look forward to cooking things in them (and even cleaning them for that matter)!

This is an expensive set. I particularly wanted the strainer. Unfortunately the strainer ONLY works with the 5-quart frying pan (it's too small for the frying pan but does fit inside). It's totally unusable for the stockpot (too small - it does sit inside the top of the pan, but only has about 1" of strainer inside the top of the pan). So buy another set of pans if you want the strainer. The other huge problem with this set is the smallest saucepan is 2 quarts. With no 1-quart pan (with lid) available in this set, it becomes necessary to purchase another small pan. The company does sell a 1-quart saucepan, but not with a lid. Overall the set is a disappointment and not worth price.

You can probably find very similar quality for cheaper but still a great product

It came very well packed which I appreciate. A highlight for me is the steamer insert, really been wanting one of those. The nesting storage is a nice feature. Overall great product.Might buy again.

I just received this cookware set after doing lots of reading & research. I liked the looks, feel, handles, & knobs. But while carefully inspecting each piece, I noticed a tiny chip on the inside of the 4qt pan & light scuff marks inside on the bottom of the 8qt stock pot. Very disappointing for such an expensive set, so I decided to return it right away. I'm a little leery about reordering the same product. A few other concerns that may seem trivial but it arrived in just a plain brown box with minimal, generic information. I guess I expected a box & brochures with photos touting all the great features, packed inside a shipping box. Since it's just the 2 of us, I also would have liked a smaller 1.5qt pan & a smaller stock pot, but these weren't deal breakers if the other issues had not been present. And it was a nightmare trying to fit all the pieces back into the box with all the cardboard packing. Since I never used it, I can't comment on its cooking qualities or performance, unfortunately.

Tried frying eggs in frying pan but they stuck. So not sure how happy I am with this set.
