Great for Kitty to scratch on. No more cardboard messes to clean up.Great looking !No odor at all, came sealed in layers of thick plastic which I'm happy about because the grounds were wet from snow melting. It would have been ruined.There's no backing so it's almost reversible.The blue color is actually fabric which I wasn't aware of, but she's happy with it.She lays on it and then stretches her toes and claws into it rather than the furniture thank goodness.I would like to eventually get an area rug like this.It's from India and good quality.Price is Right.I'm def. buying from this company again.Natural Seagrass and Jute are perfect for cats to claw on.Thank you !

The rug is very pretty, I like the way it looks in my home. It’s not very soft, it has a rough texture like most plant fiber/woven rugs. My main complaint though is that the first time I took it out to beat the dust out of it it started separating at the seams where the cords of the fabric are sewn together. I’ve had other natural fiber rugs before and I always take them out to beat the dust out of them because that’s really the best way to keep them clean. This rug, however, did not hold together very well.

I absolutely love this rug. it looks beautiful in the room. i had read other reviews where people were saying that the rug was uneven on the edges, that it shed, that it was uncomfortable to walk on, that it smelled, and that it was wet when it was delivered, but I decided to take a chance on it anyway. I wasn't disappointed, My rug was none of those things. It looks beautiful in the room. It isn't the softest rug to walk on, but it is only a 3 x 5 area rug that is between my bed and the closet, so it works out great. I would definitely buy another rug from this company.

I bought this rug for my bathroom mostly to cover white tile I don't like until we remodel the bathroom. It is larger than I would normally use in a bathroom but I like the way an oversized rug looks. I will definitely continue to use this rug even after the tile is replaced. The quality is really good and it definitely looks like the name, Cape Cod, suggests. Since I live in the land of 10,000 lakes, I shoudl point out this would also be perfect for a cabin, This is my 3rd Safavieh rug and I LOVE them!! Can't go wrong.

We bought this rug to put in our glamping bin at our wedding venue. One of the walls in the bin are a brick red color so when looking at the picture of this rug, I thought it would be perfect. However, when it arrived it looks a lot different. Not brick red but hot pink, turquoise and other bright colors with a little bit of red. We will make it work but this picture should really be a close up to show the exact colors.

Must have run out of the blue material needed for the rug. Someone decided bright green would work. It looks ridiculous. Love the rug but I can't stop looking at the green it is in one section in the middle of the rug. Poor.UPDATE: After having the rug in my home for a couple weeks, in a room hardly used, the rug is fraying on the ends and the material used to make this rug is cheap. Fraying on the ends, do not purchase this rug, while the pictures make it look so pretty, it is really horrible and won't last two months.

Great rug for the quality and price. The blue is really vibrant. Great for a true nautical theme. I returned because this was going in one of my bathrooms but the color of blue was off. Otherwise, a very beautiful and well made rug!

This is much nicer than I expected for the price. It is a combination of denim and natural fibers. It is thick, soft, and laid flat immediately. I especially like the braided border detail, which adds to the overall perception of quality. I highly recommend.
