🔌 Charge Up Your Game with Style!
The Mobee Technology Magic Charger is an ultra-slim, portable inductive charger designed specifically for the Apple Magic Mouse. It eliminates the hassle of battery replacements by converting your mouse into a rechargeable device, all while being powered via USB for ultimate convenience.

Excellent product.
I purchased the Mobee inductive charger because the Magic Mouse was using up the batteries too quickly. It installed very easily, and came with a partial charge, so I was able to use it out of the box. I have been using it for abou 2 months now, and it works perfectly. The mouse is always charged. It is beautifully designed and looks like it came with the iMac. I am surprised Apple hasn't bought the company to include it with the computers. My wife has a tendency to not put the mouse on the charging pad, but the batteries maintain their charge very well. Highly recommended.

A great product and workaround that exploits an Apple design flaw.
Shocked at all the bad reviews. This thing has worked perfectly right out of the box, has never once gone dead or lost connection with the computer (and I use the mouse for 8-12 hours a day during the work week).I love the Mobee - I was burning through batteries every couple of weeks, and then switched to rechargeable batteries - but they couldn't hold a charge for more than a couple of days and were constantly dropping the connection to my iMac, making for a super frustrating experience - my iMac was just a giant paperweight because of two crappy AA batteries. To be fair though, as much as I love this product - it shouldn't be necessary. Why Apple chose to make the Magic Mouse without an internal rechargeable battery and standard USB cord that we use on our iPads / iPhones / iPods is absolutely mind-boggling, especially for a company that prides itself on its consistency of design and clever engineering. How did the AA battery design even get green-lighted? Until Apple revamps this thing, I will be totally thankful for my trouble-free Mobee. Just make sure to set the mouse on the charger before going to bed every night.

A great concept but works poorly
This was a tuff product to rate. The only thing I dont like about the wireless mouse that came with my imac is that it uses a lot of batteries. As a former recycling manager, I hate going through all the batteries. Especially when there is no good way, that I have found, to recycle them. I found some places that will recycle, but you have to pay to do it.Back to the charger. When I 1st got this, I was very excited. I installed it, which was very easy. Simply take out the batteries and in goes the re-chargable battery pack. What I could not find in the documation, which was very very limited, was what the lights on the charger meant, and when to charge the mouse. Some re-chargable batters have memories. If you charge them when they are not fully discharged, they remember this. The next time you charge them, they will put that partial charge in the batteries but show it as a full charge.I decided to let the batteries fully discharge before placing it on the charger. The 1st time I placed the mouse on the charger, it did not charge. Not only did it not charge, but it seemed to go in reverse. it was sucking the charge out of the batteries.I cant get any tech support from the company on this. The only way I can get the batteries to charge is to remove the battery pack from the mouse and place it directly on the charger.I let them charge up on the way, which by the way only shows 80%, which they say (I found out by googling this) is normal. They claim its a problem with the way that the mouse communicates with the OS.Once it was charged, I put the battery pack back in the mouse. Once I got it to connect again, I was off and running. But the charge seemed to dissipate very quickly. A lot quicker than it did with normal batteries.I filed a claim with the company that it was defective. I heard nothing from several days. So i filed an A-Z claim. Still nothing for several days.I fired up a chat with Amazon and was told that the company was under investigation. I was told that I would be contacted soon with a resolution. Sure to Amazons word, I received an email in a couple days from Amazon that I had been refunded for the purchase. Not a word from the actual seller. So Seller. I will give the actual product a D because it sort of works, but not like it is supposed to. Amazon as usual, get an A. Oh by the way. I read another review that said something about needing to put the charger or a wood surface and not metal. Yep, by desk is wood. No idea why the charger would suck out the charge from the batteries instead of putting a charge into them.

I'M NOT ACTUALLY ABLE TO RATE THIS, AS I'LL EXPLAIN BELOW. I have no complaint for the charger, only for the seller.
I have a iMac computer. Use it a lot. So, the batteries in the wireless mouse wear out fast. Replacing 2 of AA batteries frequently can become expensive. This charger seemed like the ideal answer to that problem. Searched all over Amazon for this item to find it at the lowest price. The ratings for the seller were around 98% positive, so I felt "safe" to buy the item. Well, it took a rather long time to arrive (about two weeks). But, what really got me was that the seller is in Illinois, but the item was sent from Nomorerack in Los Angeles, which is just 65 miles from where I live. So, why did it take so long to arrive to me? I already knew that Nomorerack has a very bad reputation (they often send out broken items, inferior replacements of poor quality, and even wrong items). They even intentionally send out wrong items in cheap flimsy packaging, thus saving them money, with the hope that you'll just keep the wrong item rather than go through the trouble of trying to return it for the correct item, which actually costs you more in time and money. Nomorerack is very hard to deal with. They hardly ever answer their phone, and if they do, then they just put you on hold and eventually drop the call in order to frustrate you. So, they never actually speak with you. -- Well you guessed it. The seller in Illinois outsourced this item to Nomorerack in Los Angeles. And guess further . . . I was sent the wrong item; it was a used charger in an opened box which was for an Apple keyboard, not for the mouse. I tried to contact the seller. She did not respond to my e-mail. After a few weeks had passed, I then used Infobel (which I had to pay) to get the seller's unlisted phone number. When I called her, she was stunned that I was actually able to speak with her. I told her that I was sent the wrong item, and that it didn't come from her but rather from Nomorerack in Los Angeles. After several phone calls, much conversation, much agrivation, and much persuasion on my part, the seller finally agreed to refund me the payment for the item if I would send it to her at my expense. I was finally refunded the cost of the wrong item several weeks later. I'm guessing that she was just afraid that I would report her to Amazon if she didn't do the right thing. -- Final word . . . If you're buying this item, just make sure that it's not being outsourced to another company (especially Nomorerack), even if you have to pay more. Also, make sure that you're getting the right item. When it comes to technology, you can easily be sent a wrong item. Also, never buy from this seller; buy from another seller. -- And yes, I just bought this same exact item from another seller at a little higher price. Just waiting for it to arrive. Will let you know how it works after I've tried using it for a while.
